John brings more than 15 years of industry knowledge to each search assignment he undertakes. He has worked extensively with banks, financial institutions, real estate companies, equity funds, power utilities and renewable energy companies. This experience and insight has allowed him to build an outstanding reputation within these markets. John has created a lengthy roster of clients that few search consultants can match. His approach combines an in-depth assessment of each client’s corporate culture with a commitment for results. John has also spoken at a number of industry conferences regarding hiring trends, staff retention and compensation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
