Executive Search Process in 8 Levels
- Needs Assessment - RSMR meets with critical members of the client team to discuss relevant information regarding compensation, benefits, annual reports, products, services and organizational structure.
- Research and Recruiting - RSMR works to source, search our database, network with top industry experts and identify internal candidates within the client company and key competitors known to the client.
- Screening - RSMR presents clients with a written candidate profile, candidate assessment form and resume for each of the most qualified and interested candidates and then works with the client to determine who should be interviewed.
- Client Interviews - RSMR facilitates the initial interview by managing both candidate and client expectations, by ensuring that the objectives of the interview are clearly defined and assists with client scheduling.
- RSMR and Client Confer - While our clients always make the final decision, RSMR possesses years of experience in evaluating and comparing candidates and putting together offers of employment.
- Checking References - RSMR checks references throughout the entire search process. It is our policy to have at least two points of reference for any candidate in addition to obtaining a list of formal references from the candidate. We confirm each candidate's educational credentials, dates of employment and compensation information.
- Offer Made and Accepted - RSMR assists the client in assembling and negotiating a compensation and benefits package.
- Resignation Tendered - Once an employment offer has been accepted and a starting date is set, RSMR works to ensure commitment between both parties.
