The scope of ACORE’s membership also spans – among others – financial institutions, government leaders, educators, end-users, professional service providers and allied non-profit groups.

ACORE accomplishes much of its work by convening the leaders in each of these sectors, publishing collaborative research and facilitating communications among members, their stakeholders and the media.

Such is the nature of executive search and the impact that it can have on the success of organizations and individuals that compliance with these guidelines is fundamental to the reputation and credibility of the profession. The AESC has also developed practical documents for those involved with executive search such as the Client Bill of Rights, Client Charter and Candidate’s Bill of Rights. The AESC also serves to broaden public understanding of the executive recruitment process and acts as an advocate for the interests of its member executive search firms.

The Independent Energy Human Resources Association (IEHRA) is a professional organization which focuses on human resource issues affecting the entire spectrum of the independent energy industry. Human resources professionals in the independent energy industry are constantly challenged with providing effective cost-efficient solutions to the global issues facing their management and employees. IEHRA provides a setting to collectively examine these issues and exchange ideas with peers.
