Our client, a world class international provider of consulting, engineering, construction, and operations services with offices located across North America and around the globe is seeking a key leader for their Canada East operation. The principal markets they serve are water & wastewater, environmental, transportation and facilities. They are seeking a top flight manager to run one or more offices within Ontario with as much as $40MM in gross revenue responsibility and who may have the potential to assume greater regional leadership responsibilities. This professional will have profit & loss responsibility for this business unit and will oversee the operations, business development, recruiting & retention, and financial management areas for the entire region. This region requires a leader dedicated to growing the business profitably, someone who can drive top line growth while managing the bottom line to consistent performance year after year. We are looking for a dynamic manager who can juggle responsibility for multiple parts of the business.

Experience / Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technically oriented consulting field. Significant experience in consulting, engineering, and construction programs.
- PE/P.Eng. required; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing operations, budge development and control including profit & loss responsibility.
- Ability to develop innovative management systems to advance the performance of programs.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a large group of professionals of different technical disciplines.
- Professional certification by state (or province) and/or national organization(s) in professional disciplines.
