John co-founded RSMR in 1997. He has over 21 years of experience in executive search. He has worked extensively with renewable energy companies, power utilities, manufacturers, equity funds, financial institutions, and real estate companies. This experience and insight has allowed him to build an outstanding reputation within these markets. John has created a lengthy roster of clients that few search consultants can match. His approach is driven by his business philosophy – New hires give companies golden opportunities to be BETTER. John has also spoken at a number of industry conferences regarding hiring trends, staff retention and compensation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
