Challenges:
The demand for new or modernized production facilities and the imperative for environmentally friendly designs, particularly in the oil & gas sector, have dramatically increased over the need for consulting, engineering and construction services. In the southwest part of the country this is compounded by a need for better solutions and limited water resources. These driving elements are compounded by the fact that large industrial clients are by their nature bottom-line driven and will decide on projects based upon the return to the profit margin. Given the increasing emphasis at the corporate level for risk management (example: The effects of Sarbanes Oxley) industrial companies are rethinking the relative importance of environmental projects with an eye towards corporate social responsibility and total value. It will be a critical challenge for the successful candidate to help determine the total value of these broader considerations and shape arguments that will help win work with these clients. Our client’s past success has created high expectations for success in these areas.
Opportunity:
The Client Services Manager has the opportunity to develop a new vision for the Industrial Group. Our client needs a leader who has untapped potential, someone who will drive business across the region and open new avenues for corporate growth. Our search is for a momentum changing individual who set new goals and proceed to exploit opportunities that our client has not even considered or at least not had the passion to exploit. For the right individual, this situation will be invigorating, exciting and life changing providing significant professional advancement, expanding responsibilities and financial rewards.
