Since co-founding RSMR in 1997, Mike has managed the day to day operations of the firm and leads the manufacturing practice. For more than 15 years, he has been recognized by his clients for his dedication and for providing keen, objective insight to solving critical organizational problems. Prior to RSMR, Mike managed the capital equipment practice for another major Chicago-based executive search firm and has since broadened his expertise from a base in material handling, process, and industrial machinery into helping other equipment, systems, and component manufacturing clients tackle difficult organizational problems. Mike is an avid angler and outdoorsman and resides in Chicago with his wife and son. Mike holds a degree in International Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
