As a Principal with the firm, Nicole leads the branch office in Michigan. Her experience includes business operations, client and search oversight, and recruiting. Nicole’s search resume is comprised of assignments across RSMR’s core markets including architecture, engineering, environmental, financial services, real estate, and renewable energy. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Michigan where she majored in Organizational Studies, a leading program focusing on executive management and corporate leadership. She is married and has two young children.
