Job Scope:
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss of a multi-million dollar business unit that provides engineering and construction services to telecommunications companies.
- Familiar with the telecommunications industry and have worked for an operating company or an engineer constructor.
- Leadership will be critical to formulating the strategic direction and expansion of this business unit.
- Direct an aggressive plan for expansion. Will have overall responsibilities for developing new markets, improving service to existing customers, and establishing corporate procedures.
Experience / Education Required:
- Bachelors degree required. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum ten (10) years telecommunications experience with exposure to client development, project management, and financial oversight/Profit & Loss.
- Strong leadership, management, and presentation skills.
- High energy with the ability to impact the bottom-line. Will oversee and be actively involved with the entire operation.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Independence of judgment.
