We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, corporate culture and other unique aspects of the company that comprise its DNA.  By allocating four or more team members to every search, we ensure a timely, efficient and effective process in which our goal is to identify and place a candidate within 12 weeks of retention.  To facilitate transparency for our clients, we create a position profile and score card against which we evaluate all potential hires, looking at which “boxes” we can check off and then ultimately providing the client with our scoring.  Along with offering routine and timely progress reports, we also provide significant value with respect to candidate relocations.  Finally, once hired, RSMR gives dual, simultaneous support to both the client and the search placement.
