Story

Founded in 1997, RSMR is a Chicago-based, mid-management search firm with a near perfect completion rate.  We have been a solution partner with more than 500 companies for their director, manager and senior contributor hiring needs.  Our industry expertise includes financial services, renewable energy, power generation, telecommunications, manufacturing, construction and engineering.  Because we specialize in these vertical markets, our knowledge is both expansive and comprehensive.
